Open the app, go to the Profile tab, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account, photos, scores, routines, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. You can also email [email protected] to request deletion.

Lookist collects the photos you upload for analysis, your onboarding preferences (name, gender, age, goals), analysis results and scores, routine progress, and basic device information. We do not sell your data or use your photos for AI training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can request a copy of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will provide your information in a machine-readable format within 30 days.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Settings on your device, tap your Apple ID, then tap Subscriptions. Find Lookist and tap Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Lookist charge, and submit a refund request. Due to the immediate delivery of AI analysis results, completed analyses cannot be refunded.

You keep access to your existing scores, history, and progress photos. New face scans, routine updates, and personalized recommendations require an active Lookist Pro subscription.

Lookist Pro is available as a Weekly plan ($9.99/week) or an Annual plan ($39.99/year). Both include unlimited face scans, all 15 metrics, personalized daily routines, and progress tracking.

You take three photos — front, left profile, and right profile. Lookist’s AI evaluates 15 individual metrics including jawline definition, facial symmetry, skin clarity, canthal tilt, and more. Each metric is scored out of 10 with a detailed explanation.

Use natural, even lighting. Face the camera straight on for the front photo. Keep a neutral expression and make sure your full face is visible without hair, glasses, or hats in the way. Avoid heavy filters or edits on photos.

Scores can vary due to lighting, angles, skin condition, and other factors. For the most consistent tracking, take photos in similar conditions each time. Small fluctuations between scans are normal — focus on trends over weeks and months.

Try force-closing and reopening the app. Make sure you’re running the latest version from the App Store. Restarting your device can also help. If the problem continues, email [email protected] with your device model and iOS version.

Go to Settings → Lookist on your device and make sure Camera access is enabled. If you previously denied camera access, you’ll need to toggle it on manually in Settings.

Analysis typically completes in under 30 seconds. If it’s taking longer, check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, force-close the app and restart your scan.
